Visit the cheese dairy of Saignelégier

Established in 1995, this is a modern organisation that meets all new market requirements. Combining new facilities with the age old know-how of its employees, Saignelégier SA has succeeded in preserving the unique character of Tête de Moine AOP cheese.

Information and reservations :

Individual visits:
March to October, Friday 3 pm to 5 pm and during regional Jura summer and autumn school holidays, Monday to Friday 3pm to 5 pm (other times available upon request).

Group visits:
10 people or more upon reservation. Individual rate: free visit; cheese tasting (without drinks) CHF 7.–/adult, school children CHF 3.–, children under 6 free.

Group rate:
Available upon request.
