Soft boiled eggs with TÊTE DE MOINE cheese, baked in the oven

- Remove the soft boiled eggs with the contents carefully from the shells, without damaging them, mix 3 to 5 whole
eggs (as required), the cream, the TÊTE DE MOINE cheese, the chopped chives, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the whipped egg white together.
- Carefully mix together all the ingredients (including the soft boiled eggs and the 3 to 5 raw/soft boiled eggs) and place
the mixture into the emptied 8 eggshells. Place them in egg holders or in half a cooked jacket potato, shaped as an
egg holder. Place the potatoes or egg holders on a baking tray or in a heatproof glass dish and bake for 5 minutes. Decorate
with a TÊTE DE MOINE cheese "flower" and sprinkle with paprika.
