Soft boiled eggs with TÊTE DE MOINE cheese, baked in the oven

 

 
  • 8 soft boiled eggs
  • 60 g of cream
  • 100 g of grated TÊTE DE MOINE cheese
  • A little chopped chives
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg
  • 1 whipped egg white
  •  

    1. Remove the soft boiled eggs with the contents carefully from the shells, without damaging them, mix 3 to 5 whole eggs (as required), the cream, the TÊTE DE MOINE cheese, the chopped chives, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the whipped egg white together.
       
    2. Carefully mix together all the ingredients (including the soft boiled eggs and the 3 to 5 raw/soft boiled eggs) and place the mixture into the emptied 8 eggshells. Place them in egg holders or in half a cooked jacket potato, shaped as an egg holder. Place the potatoes or egg holders on a baking tray or in a heatproof glass dish and bake for 5 minutes. Decorate with a TÊTE DE MOINE cheese "flower" and sprinkle with paprika.
