Thick potato pancakes with TÊTE DE MOINE cheese

 

 
  • Serves 4 people (approx. 16-20 pancakes)
  • 500 g of peeled potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 100 g of grated Tête de moine cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of 35% cream
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley or chervil
  • Salt, ground pepper
  •  

    1. Use a medium grater to grate the peeled potatoes. Mix with the rest of ingredients season and place in a non-stick frying pan and form small pancakes. Brown them on each side. Decorate with a TÊTE DE MOINE cheese "flower". Serve during a barbeque or very simply with a nice salad.
