Discovery Tour and wood-fired production

Tête de Moine AOP represents first and foremost the taste of a region, over 800 years of know-how and a unique mode of consumption. At the "Maison de la Tête de Moine" we offer a museum which provides you with the opportunity to travel back in time and visit the history of Tête de Moine AOP.
